...agricultural calendar? A report of crop yields? I recognize the JNF logo but if it IS about crops....what explains the dove?

This is a calendar for the school year ( According to the Jewish calendar).
Title: Make Jerusalem happy
Sub: I will extend peace to her like a river and like a flowing stream. Isaiah 66, 12
Note: The full verse is: For thus saith the Lord: Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the gentiles like a flowing stream, then shall ye suck, ye shall be borne upon her sides, and be dandled upon her knees.
The dove is visualization of peace in the Biblical quote.
