Next Wednesday (28/05/2014) Riwaq is hosting Ms. Alaa’ Jadallah as a guest speaker in our bi-weekly seminar. Ms. Jadallah will be discussing her thesis, “ The Palestinian Cause and the Soft Power: A Study of the Palestinian Political Poster’s Experience” where she will talk about the effect of the Palestinian political posters and how they gain their importance from the historical context they were made for, and how they are regarded as a reflection for every historical period and for every event that has happened in Palestine in that period.
