Admin Notes

Please format your images so that they are exactly 250px tall, and no more than 180px wide (width can be variable). Save them at 72 DPI as JPEG files, and name them 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg, etc.

Send them all over at once when you've sized and named them according to the conventions above--I'll then be able to upload them to the CU servers and plug them directly into whatever slideshow code I use, without additional fiddling.

Thanks!

Go to content --> list Filter down to unpublished posters There will be a checkbox in the leftmost column. You can select posters individually, or use the checkbox in the table header to select them all. Directly above the table should be a dropbox that says something like actions. Select publish from the dropdown and submit. The selected unpublished posters should then be published. To: Dan Walsh To remove duplicate AUTHORS: From the admin menu : Content Management --> Content --> List you should see Show only items where type is Artist if not, click the Reset button, then select type from the radio buttons, choose Artist from the dropdown box, and click the Filter button. You will then see a list of artists, and you can look for duplicates. The sorting is pretty crappy on this page, so you'll basically just see them in reverse chronological order in relation to their most recent edit. (Unfortunately, I cannot change the sort or make more artists appear on this page.) Click through each link for duplicate artists to see which artist has posters attached to it. When you've identified an artist entry that has no posters attached, use the back button of your browser to return to the artist list. Find the edit link at the far right of the row for the artist you want to delete. Scroll down and click on the Delete button. You will see a confirmation screen asking you if you're sure you want to delete the artist. Click the Delete button again. You will return to the list of artists where you can look for other duplicates and repeat the process. To remove duplicate PUBLISHERS: From the admin menu : Content Management --> Content --> List you should see Show only items where type is Publisher if not, click the Reset button, then select type from the radio buttons, choose Publisher from the dropdown box, and click the Filter button. I keep forgetting how to access these "secret" places. A short para on each would be a boon to me. Thanks, Dan
