Hi Dan,
I’ve arranged to drop off the posters at IISH on Wednesday morning at 11:30 Amsterdam time. I’ll let you know once they’ve been safely received.
Daniel has catalogued the ten posters and ensured that each of them includes a donor note recognizing PPPA’s contribution. The system number for the items are:
020507792
020694412
020557567
020694411
020694410
020507791
020507793
020557566
020557565
020694364
The posters won’t show up on our online catalogue just yet, as they’re still with our conservators and finishing team, who will ensure that they’re housed appropriately for public usage, and then shelfmarked. This is often where bottlenecks can occur, as the teams service the entire Library, which takes in tens of thousands of items a year. I’ll follow up with them when I’m back from Amsterdam to see if we can’t assign shelfmarks soon and have them appear on the online catalogue. Once they do, you’ll be able to find them by searching for the individual system numbers above.
