Thank you for this work, but I do want to urge you to add the name of my late father, Ismail Shammout, into the artists names list, as you have already added many of his poster works into your website. When you click on "Artist" his name does not appear.

Hello Bashar,
Nice to hear from you and thanks for your kind words.
I am not sure exactly what you are referring to.
Your father's name IS in the artist's list. He also has his own Special Collection.
If you type in "Shammout" or "Ismail" ... his SpC/Name pop right up.
Here is Ismail's Spc:

I am attaching a screen shot of his name in the artist's list.
Please let me know if this answers your question. If it does not I will try to add/change/correct as possible.
Q: Did you know that your father's site is not working? Do you know if it will be back up at any time?
Also, are you in touch with any of the other Palestinian poster artists?

Hi Dan,
and thanks for the fast reply.
Sorry, you are right, I didn't realize that you have to click on the letter "s" in order to get it displayed. I simply clicked only on "Artist" and I could not see it.
With regard to your question, yes, the website www.shammout.com is currently not working. We have launched the new website www.ismail-shammout.com . But we will for sure re-link the two addresses together in the next few weeks.
I know few names of poster artists, but don't have their contacts. Yet, if your are interested, you may contact the Ramallah municipality, they have recently reprinted some of the Palestinian posters of the 70ies, 80ies and 90ies and hanged them in front of the municipality building. They may be able to help you better than I in getting in touch with those artists.

Good morning Dan,
I was recently in Ramallah where I saw the poster exhibit. Didn't know that you also were involved. Really nice project. I only know Amer by name. We didn't meet yet.
With regard to your question, I am not sure if I have right now what you need. I of course have lots of jpegs of my dad's work but posters are not separately organized yet. So by time I will have to look into what I have and order the files accordingly. Basically, yes, we are open to your idea adding additional works into your PPPA project.
