It might be germane, but you need to indicate that it is different somehow. Also, you should probably somehow touch upon and acknowledge the certificate tradition as a part of the poster tradition, if you want to be germane. The JNF published huge numbers of different designs for their certificates.

You realize, don't you, that this is not a poster but a certificate, yes?

No. JNF has a number of "Honors" books, and the Children's Book (sefer ha-yeled) is one of them. But this is not the Golden Book. Here's a list of their honors books: the Golden Book, the Children's Book, the Bar/Bat Mitzva Books,
the Golden Book of Marriage (Sefer HaNissuin), the Book of Planting
(Sefer HaNetiyot), the Book of Special Gifts (Sefer HaTruma) and the Aliya
Book (Sefer HaAliya)

"Sefer Ha-Yeled shel Keren Kayemeth L'Israel"In that period of time, when a child was born, parents that registered the new child in the KKL book, were getting from KKL such a document- poster.
This why the poster is named: "Sefer Ha-Yeled shel Keren Kayemeth of Israel".
This poster was filled in 1964.
Designed by Ruth Levin.
Made of thin cardboard, size: 11" x 15".
