This is not a poster, but the cover of a magazine. __________________________...

I know it is not a poster. I say that at the page. Not everything at the PPPA is a poster...

I still need the translation.

I suspect this is a graphic by a known poster artist.

Corrections:
Title: Echo of the Central [Front]
Sub: Bulletin of Alexandroni Brigade
Biblical quotation: "The Lord shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: They shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways", Deuteronomy 28, 7
Translation: King James Bible, 1611

My friend Samuel Gavish ; with whom I have consulted on the enigmatic title (Hed Merkaz = Echo Center) thinks also that the drawing was done by a famous artist.
My assumption is that the artist was a soldier in Alexandoni Brigade. I'll have to delve into the literature of the War of Independence or find a 80+ years old veteran.
