Arkia: Eilat-Sharm E Sheik

A bikini clad young woman is swimming presumably in the Red Sea off either Eilat or Sharm-e-Sheik while an admiring male scuba diver watches from below. Arkia (the national airline of Israel) is tempting the young Israeli to fly down to the water-fun of the Red Sea. While undated, the poster must have been published in the late 1960's or 1970's. The poster, backed onto linen, is in excellent condition.

height - 26 3/4"; width - 19"

It sounds like Cesar. I found his name in Wikipedia in Hebrew : Asher Cesar (?), as Graphic Director of Pilon, children weekly. I then found his mobile number –"Disconnected" was the answer. I then called the telephone directory : No Asher Cesar in the entire country. I still don't know the spelling of his name in English.
