Yes, it is an election poster, published by The Fighters Party. This party was based on the underground organization LEHI, acronym for –Israel Freedom Fighters.(The British called them the Stern Gang).
The party ran to parliament in 1949 and had a limited success: one seat in parliament. It disappeared after 1951.
