Ahhhh this one's a tad difficult because although the words are simple the grammar is messed up and hence I'm not sure what the author is trying to say (however it seems to be lines of a song). Here's my best guess:
Steadfast
Stop all the soldiers
In front of the graveyard, steadfast, it gives you (?)
With the rifle of the revolution, you will build
Its bullets fly and salute you
I highly suggest you ask some other Arabic speaker about it though , I might be quite off.
