Dan,
I located my copy of the Shamir catalog, hut I can't let you scan it. It would completely destroy the binding to open it flat. Like a lot of Israeli pubs, it's not particularly well made. In the meantime, I'll send a couple of notes to used bookstore in Tel Aviv asking if anyone can locate a copy. I'll also see whether I can find it in some US library.
