Strange poster. There are three texts: Ha-tikvah, the national anthem; the declaration of independence (can't tell if it's all there); and a prayer for peace for the nation. The top quote, which you sent, is from Genesis 12:7 (and not Genesis 15, which is what is cited in the poster). It says, I will give this land to your descendants. Now, Genesis 15 does talk a lot about national inheritance of land, and in verse 18 has the problematic statement from god: I gave to your descendants this land from the river of Egypt to the great river of the Euphrates. Something that the right wing brings up from time to time.
