Q: is the name of the publisher anywhere to be found on the poster? Histadrut?

Q: Thanks for the note on the signature/letter. Stylistically it speaks to me of these two sources:

(It says "Otte Wallisch" but I need to clean that Special Collection up quite a bit)

Wallish did gobs of collaborative work with Machner and I see lots of stylistic links.

Also links with this artist:

Sadly there is no publisher name. I'm trying to look up who the "national laborer fund" were, because those are probably the ones who published this, logically. Apparently this fund was part of Jabutinsky's National Labor Federation, different from the Histadrut. Interesting!

4. You have the top phrase translated already. The bottom phrase says: Laborer! National worker! Give a hand to the national laborer fund!

The artists' signature to the right of the foot is just one letter, the initial mem. The writing on the bottom right foot is the print house's logo - Dfus (which means print) Strud Tel Aviv.

ps. the URL to the transcription leads to a different page, could you please resend?
