Monafeqin is satirical/derogatory epithet used to refer to the Monafeqin-e Khalq (People's Mojahedin of Iran), as monafeqin (hypocrites) sounds like mojahedin (strugglers). The Arafat poster is labelled "Yaser Arafat" - no surprises there. Sorry if that was too much information!
