"Layl Yare'ach BeTalpiot" [Hebrew: Moonlit Night in Talpiot], illustrated poster - invitation to a "grand ball" in Jerusalem. "Eretz Israel" press, Jerusalem [probably, 1932]. Design: Meir Gur Arieh (signed in the plate, in monogram).
Colorful illustration of a ball in a moonlit night. Printed on the right side are the event's details: "In Ir Ganim grove in Talpiot, and in the kindergarten halls, a grand ball… folk dancing in the grove around an electric bonfire… special buses will serve guests from Tel-Aviv and the colonies, some of the revenues will be dedicated to the opening of a kindergarten in the Old City of Jerusalem which was closed due to lack of funds".
49.5X70 cm. Overall good condition. Folding marks, numerous creases and stains. Several tears at margins and folding marks (some are small open tears).
