Viqar,

Thanks for your note.

I have added your web site to your poster's page.

The PPPA does not add any text regarding copyright as it is a solidarity site and the point of the PPPA is to make lo res, "fair use" images available to the world...to students for book reports, to newspapers, to solidarity groups, etc.

One of the key objectives of the PPPA is to promote the poster art of Palestine: Adding a copyright restriction defeats the point of solidarity.

Please advise.

Dan

Dear Mr Walsh,

You may use the Freiburg Conference poster at this page: http://www.palestineposterproject.org/poster/palestine-israel-and-german...

if you add:

Copyright: Viqar Ali
Under related links, my website: http://www.kunstdruck-studio.com/

Under the same conditions, you may also display on your website, the attached version in English as well as the concert posters.

Dear Viqar,

Thanks for your email.

The PPPA is a Palestine solidarity site and is designed to preserve the poster art history of contemporary Palestine. Artists and publishers from all over the world send in their posters and related data so that it may be seen and appreciated. The PPPA is my masters thesis project at Georgetown University and you can read all about it at the "About" icon at the top of the website.

The PPPA is not a commercial site: I do not sell any posters.

I found your poster "Palestine, Israel and Germany - Boundaries of Open Discussion" on the internet. Dr. Gabi Weber did not send it to me. I have never had any communications with her.

I added your name and Gilad's website to the page. If you have a website I would be happy to add it as well.

BTW...I think it is a great poster.

in solidarity,

Dan

If you have any other posters I'd be happy to create a new Special Collection for Cafe Palestine.

Hello,

Can you tell me if this jpeg was printed as a poster? If yes, can you send me some copies? Can you tell me who the artist is?

Thanks,
