This is a scene of the town of Tiberias. That's the word in Hebrew on top in the middle
Then below the two pictures on the sides there's an inscription in Aramaic. Aramaic is close to Hebrew but not that close. I don't know what this means. Yael and I tried looking it up but found nothing.
The other poster only has the name of the town in it: Safed. That's in Hebrew.
