Hi Dan,
It's definitely from Derry (that's the Raytheon office in Springtown in the background) but not sure who did it - think it might be a guy called Anthony, will check with him. Have a good idea that this was around January 2009 - we were very active with the petition around that time. Again, will check and get back to you. All the best, Colm
