Election Poster of the "Herut" Movement - David Ben-Gurion and Gamal Abdel Nasser

"He agreed with Kennedy - to bring them back", illustrated election poster on behalf of the "Herut" Movement. "Aviva" press, [ca. 1961]. Hebrew.
Colorful, illustrated poster. The illustration shows David Ben-Gurion opening a gate to Israel for a convoy of Palestinian refugees. On the left, above the convoy, is a portrait of Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser. Printed above the illustration are the inscription "He agreed with Kennedy - to bring them back" and a quote from Ben-Gurion: "I've reached a significant degree of understanding with President Kennedy on the question of the refugees". Printed beneath the illustration is the inscription "Prevent a catastrophe! Vote Het".
69.5X49.5 cm. Good condition. Folding marks and some creases.
