it says "search deep in my blood".
it's originally "Go deep in my blood".
it's from a long poem by Mahmoud Darwish, Called Ahmad Al Arabi - Ahmad the Arab. I think it's about the massacre of tal al za'tar.
it was also sung by marcel khalifeh
