Q: Was this design done for Oct 7 or before? D
--
A revolution which does not aim at changing me by changing the relations between people does not interest me; what is more, I doubt whether a revolution which does not affect me enough to transform me is really a revolution at all. The Palestinian revolution has established new kinds of relations which have changed me, and in this sense the Palestinian revolution is my revolution.

After October 7, rank and file union members began self organising as the union bureaucracies have been (and continue to be) pathetic on Palestine.
So a group called Unionists For Palestine started as the main umbrella group and then beneath that different unions organise separately. So ASU Members For Palestine is the one I’m a part of and I made the t shirt design for us to wear at rallies and actions and show our union presence. I also made the banner image for use too.
The CPSU banner I attached too is similarly part of the same Unionists For Palestine group and I designed their banner for them even though I’m not a member but cos they needed help.
A number of us at Workers Art Collective are involved in Unionists For Palestine and have been doing various art/banners for the different groupings.
Hopefully that answers! So all after October 7.
