This is the translation:
The post has UNICEF in the upper rhs. The main title is: the ill-omened (or better "sinister") shadow. The second general gathering/conference of the Child and the Intifadah of Palestine (so maybe "Children and Intifada"?) June 24 - July 3 of 2002.
By the way, when is your next meeting with the artists? I am in Nablus Saturday and Sunday.
