With this poster Manal Deeb presents her own shadow over her demolished grandparents' place ruins, in Ramallah, to symbolize the perseverance of existence and belonging to Palestine regardless of the on-going destruction, living in diaspora, and regardless of the United Nation's long lapse in recognizing the rights of Palestinians.

Thank you Dan for your feedback, support and interest

I just followed the link and uploaded the poster with the info. I have also entered the following statement supporting the poster:

Palestinian American artist Manal Deeb presents her own shadow over her demolished grandparents' place ruins, in Ramallah, to symbolize the perseverance of existence and belonging to Palestine regardless of the on-going destruction, living in diaspora, and regardless of the United Nation's long lapse in recognizing the rights for Palestinians.

Answering your questions on prints: No, this poster has not been printed yet.

I included Manal's web site: www.manaldeeb.com as part of the related URL's in the form.

Manal's is working on a project that would include the same image of her own shadow on her grandparents' place ruins and she plans to produce six total posters covering the Palestinian historical marks. I will share them with you once available.

Thank you again.

Regards,
Nedal
