The Israel Post Office published this lithograph poster to celebrate the International Stamp Exhibition of 1957 held in Tel Aviv in September of 1957. The designer's name Wallish (see Post Office 1957 Defense Fund Issue for further information) is indicated on the lower right corner. There are no other identifying marks. (Presumably the Government Printing Office produced this piece.) The poster, backed on heavy linen, is in very good condition with leftover indications of a bent upper left corner and some chips and creases on the edges.
