Translation / Interpretation / Caption Text / Source

On Thursday the 30th day of September 1971 four hundred and eighty of our fighters, prisoners of Israel's Askalan Prison, (Known to them as the Slaughter House) rebelled against their captors because of the inhuman treatment they had been receiving. As a result of this rightful rebellion 16 of our men were killed and 40 wounded, while the enemy suffered three dead and 16 wounded.
