I can tell you what it says but I don't know what it means. I have a feeling this is some sort of parodic take-off of the Kach movement. The logo seems to be a reference to theirs. Not sure. The slogan says "Uzi Uzi is not clean." something is going on here. Maybe Yael will have insights.
